26. How can I compress a movie in the correct format if I am a Mac User?
**For Apple Mac OS, it is necessary that you encode a WMV or Windows Media file, unfortunately this is not a built in feature for Mac users. There are 2 solutions:

  1. Put together your video on a Mac and save it as an MPEG movie file, move the movie file to a PC and use our compression utility.
  2. The other is to compress your own WMV file using one of the available iMovie plug-ins or stand-alone encoding applications available. Your video needs to be less than 2 minutes. Use the following compression options:

    Bit Rate: 288Kbps
    Size: 320 X 240
    Aspect Ratio: 4:3
    Audio: 32kpbs, 44kHz, mono 1-pass CBR
